Providing Accurate Estimates

When providing customers with an estimate for any type of home improvement project, it's best to provide as much detail and be as accurate as you can. Be fair to yourself and your company, as there are many facets that go into a cost estimate including: projected materials, labor, equipment, etc. The main goal is to turn a profit while fulfilling all of your customer's/client's needs, so underestimating the scope of the project will lead to financial strain and project delays, ultimately affecting the rest of your company in the long run, while overestimating can result in losing bids.
